Believe - A Holiday Boutique
We are pleased to announce that plans are underway for our annual Holiday Boutique. Each year gets better and better and we take great measures to ensure more variety and quality goods are offered. It's a great opportunity to get a lot of your Christmas shopping done early, so save the date!

Vendor Booth Rental Fees
Vendor Booth Rental Fees
We are pleased to announce booth rental fees will remain as follows:
$70 for 1-6ft rectangular table (6 ft space)
$140 for 2-6ft rectangular tables (12 ft space)
$210 for 3-6ft rectangular tables (18 ft space)
Booth rental for the Boutique includes the rental of a 6 foot table per space rented and up to 2 chairs. If you do not need the table(s) because you like to use your own or you have other things that you would like in your space, please let us know and we will not set up the table(s) in your space. All vendors with tables are required to cover their tables with linens that they must provide.

Please ensure that you reserve the proper table/space.
Vendor space will be strictly monitored at the Boutique. Careful consideration of space will be taken by the Boutique Team, so once you arrive tables are not allowed to be moved by vendors.
Two feet of space on one end of the booth will be provided as a walk way or seating space for the vendor. Vendors who wish to accommodate free standing fixtures (such as cabinets, hall trees, racks, etc.) will need to rent additional space.
Vendors are not allowed to overlap their goods onto neighboring vendors' space or obstruct common walk ways in any way. If you would like to bring side tables, hall trees etc., you will need to pay for the additional space.
Raffle Donation
Raffle Donation
Each vendor will be required to donate an item from their collection for a raffle drawing. This item will be collected during the check in process on Friday, November 5th.
Please wrap the donated item in a paper or plastic gift bag or box with any promotional material for your company that you would like to be included. Bags/boxes are to be stapled with vendor name printed on the outside.
The raffle event for these donated items will be in the Spring of 2011.
Application Submittal

Applications will go through a selection process in order to ensure that a wide variety of goods are represented as well as ensure that name brand vendors are not duplicated. (such as Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Cookie Lee etc).
Applications will be considered on a first come, first serve basis with no guarantee of Boutique admission until the application has been approved in writing via email.
All applications should be mailed or dropped off in person to Carolyn Mullane. Unfortunately, applications may not be submitted through the church or church office.
Each vendor will provide 2-3 pictures (or website information that includes pictures) of the products being sold at the Boutique. This information should be provided along with your application and check for booth rentals. Applications will not be processed unless required information is provided. If you are a business that plans to sell many different types of items, please include a detailed description of the items in addition to the pictures of a few.
We are making every attempt possible to provide a wide variety of items for our Boutique guests to choose from (as opposed to have several booths of similar content). Application submission does not guarantee a space in the Boutique. The approval process may take up to two weeks from the submission of your application. Notification of approval/denial will come via email from Carolyn Mullane. If your application is declined, your check will be destroyed or mailed back to you.
Please make note that if you are selling items the day of the Boutique that were not part of the approval process the Boutique team reserves the right to ask you to remove those items. Thank you for your understanding.
Upon entry to the Boutique, each guest will receive a shopping bag that will include a "Marketing Flyer". This flyer will list the contact information for each of our vendors: vendor's name, business name, what they sell and a point of contact.
